Nosak Farm Produce Limited deals in a wide range of specialty fats and oils such as Palm Olein, Palm stearin, Refined, Bleached and Deodorized Palm Oil (RBDO), and Palm Fatty Acid Distillate (PFAD) under the most selective processes and food safety conditions.

This is a light yellow edible oil obtained from the fractionation of Refined Bleached and Deodorized Palm Oil. The liquid fraction is called Palm Olein.

Our quality palm olein is known as Nosak Famili Vegetable Oil. This can be used for cooking, frying, salad oils, creams, spreads, etc. and is available in large quantities.

Palm stearin is the solid fraction of palm oil that is produced by partial crystallization at controlled temperature. It is a useful source of natural hard vegetable fat for food applications. It is mainly used by the food industry for biscuits, confectionery products, etc.

RBDO is obtained from fractionating refined palm oil to separate liquid parts (olein) from solid parts (stearin). One hectare of oil palm yields approximately 20 FFBs, which when crushed yields 6 tons of oil (including the kernel oil, which is used both for edible and industrial purposes).

RBDO is used as cooking oil as well as frying oil for food industries such as snack food and ready-to-eat food. It is also used as a raw material for margarine and shortening. It is used in soap, candles and oleochemical industries.

PFAD is made from refining crude palm oil. It is used for many industries such as soap industries, animal food industries and also is used as raw materials for bio-diesel and chemical industries. When extracted, Palm Fatty Acid Distillate (PFAD) produces Vitamin E which has large purposes in many fields, especially health. Chromatographic separation process of vitamin E adsorption gives a better control.
